Ingredients

  • 360 grams of strawberries
  • 125 ml of water
  • 240 grams of corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon butter (15 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (60 grams)
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 1 box of condensed milk

This is what you do

  1. Use a hand mixer to mix strawberries, water, sugar and lemon juice until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture. You do not need to strain it.
  2. Then, pour the mixture into a mold and  put it in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
  3. Mix condensed milk, cornstarch and butter.
  4. Afterwards, keep them in a small saucepan and heat the ingredients until they mix together.
  5. It is important to stir continuously and make sure to  turn off the heat as soon as the mixture starts to boil.
  6. Cut some strawberries into slices so you can garnish with them later.
  7. Take out the strawberry mixture you put in the fridge and pour the mixture you just made on top.
  8. Finally, decorate the cake with strawberry slices.
  9. Put the cake in the fridge for about 4 hours. Afterwards, enjoy it!

  • 370 grams of whipped cream
  • 480 grams of strawberries
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract (30 ml)

  1. First,  mix the whipped cream and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until you get a suitably thick cream. You can also add a tablespoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
  2. Cut strawberries into thin – preferably round – slices.
  3. Now, assemble the cake as follows: A layer of vanilla biscuits, a layer of strawberries, and finally a layer of cream.
  4. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
  5. Finally,  put the cake in the fridge for about 4 hours. After this, the cake will be ready!
