You have previously read which foods are harmful to your health, so you already know what we mean by “having a healthy diet”. Your diet should definitely not be missing:

  • Water

Day 1

  • Eat citrus in the morning
  • Eat a raw salad for lunch, along with a vegetable soup
  •  Eat a plate of steamed vegetables for dinner, sprinkled with lemon juice and olive oil.

Day 2

This day you can only eat fruits and vegetables and they must be raw.

  • In the morning, eat citrus fruits again.
  • A salad in the morning.
  • An apple in the evening.

Day 3, 4 and 5

Eat only vegetables. It is best if you eat them in salads (raw), but you can also eat steamed or grilled vegetables. Never cook or fry the vegetables. Eat them with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Between meals, you can eat a celery, a carrot, or a tomato.

Day 6 to 11

  • Fruit juice for breakfast

This diet should be followed for a week. Not only does it have a meal plan, but it also includes other activities. It is based on the following biological cycles in the body:

  • From 4.00 to 12.00: Cleaning
  • From 12.00 to 20.00: Degradation

Your daily training will include:

Put everything in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and cook it for 5 minutes. Wait 2 hours before straining it, then you eat.

  • 1 cup toasted grain (this can be rice, quinoa, millet)
  • 1 tablespoon. gomashio with low salt content (or pumpkin seeds)

Here’s how to do it

Prepare a casserole dish with water and let it thicken. Eat up to two large bowls of this.


Just like lunch, but only eat one bowl.

Drink water all day. You can also drink natural herbal teas.
