To make this recipe perfect, you need to be careful with the following steps. We have divided the recipe into two parts to make it easier for you.


  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of flour (45 g)
  • 1 cup milk (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (15 g)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g)


  • Start by whisking the eggs well with salt. For a better result, use a mixer. 
  • Then add the sunflower oil and continue mixing for one to two minutes.
  • After that, sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the mixture.
  • Add the milk to the mixture together with the baking powder, and mix again. Make sure you do not have any lumps. The result should be a smooth, lump-free mixture. 
  • Then allow the mixture to cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 
  • After this, you can start frying the blinis on the hob.
  • Set on low heat. Add a little butter and a few drops of oil in a nonstick frying pan and pour on a tablespoon of the mixture.
  • Bake until you see bubbles form, then turn to fry on the other side. Repeat until you have used the whole mixture.
  • Set off the blinis.
