If you like turmeric, congratulations, because now science is on your side. According to a study published in March 2017,  eating turmeric can help improve your memory in a short time.

In this case, participants took 100 mg of curcumin every day for 12 weeks. After this time, they experienced noticeable improvements in their symptoms and had no side effects.
