Do you constantly have swollen ankles and are not quite sure what they are a result of?

  • 2 tablespoons chamomile flowers (20 g)
  • 5 dl water


  • Heat the water. When it starts to boil, add the chamomile.
  • Let the ingredients mix for 10 minutes.
  • Take it off the heat and wait until it has cooled.
  • Strain and pour it over the legs in small amounts.
  • Massage from the feet to the knees using circular motions.
