5 protein-rich hair masks

How much would you say you care about your hair? Most of us just remember to give our hair a little extra attention when we discover split ends or dandruff. Try our 5 protein-rich hair masks!

Your hair consists mainly of keratin, a protein with a high sulfur level. There are many different external factors that can gradually break down your hair strands:

  • Chemical treatments
  • Use of straighteners and curling irons
  • Dyes

Meanwhile, protein plays a very important role in the health of your hair. Its main job is to cover the capillary structure and help the hair follicles. Thus, a diet low in protein will cause weak hair and split ends. But it’s not just eating proteins that can help, try our protein rich hair masks!
